The Capacity Room

You can hold everyone else.
This is where you learn to hold yourself.

You’ve built a life bigger than your body learned to hold.

The Capacity Room is a monthly home for women who keep outgrowing their own capacity. You’ve built the business, the reputation, the responsibility. Now your nervous system has to catch up.

  • Weekly nervous system practices
  • A vault of short somatic tools
  • One live circle a month
  • A room full of women doing the reps alongside you

Membership: $354 every six months, or $708 for the year. No monthly, no menu to manage.

Grow your capacity to stay in the room.

The Pattern

You know what to do. That’s what makes it maddening.

You’ve read the books. Hired the coaches. You can teach this material — you may already be teaching it. And still there’s the price you haven’t raised. The offer you haven’t announced. The email in drafts since March. The task you keep doing yourself because handing it off feels harder than staying up late again.

From the outside it looks like six separate problems. Money. Visibility. Delegation. Boundaries. Follow-through. That low hum of feeling like a fraud in a room you earned your way into.

It isn’t six problems. It’s one.

What’s Actually Happening

Your nervous system is doing its job.

It keeps you safe, and it defines safe as familiar. So when you move toward something bigger than you’ve held before — more money, more visibility, more authority, more rest — your body reads unfamiliar as unsafe.

It doesn’t argue. It doesn’t announce itself. It quietly makes the decision for you and hands you a reasonable explanation. Not yet. Not this version. Let me think about it.

That part is the work. It is not in the way of the work.

And in that moment, you leave the room. You dissociate a little. You go quiet. You over-function to earn your place. You manage everyone else’s comfort and abandon your own.

Different women leave the room in different ways — but leaving is the move.

You can’t affirm your way out of a threat response, and you can’t out-strategize a system that believes it’s protecting you.

What changes it is capacity — your body’s learned ability to stay in the room inside more than it used to be able to hold.

How Capacity Is Built

Insight isn’t change. Reps are.

You can understand your pattern beautifully and still not do the thing. Capacity doesn’t come from understanding it — it comes from reps. Small, repeated experiences of staying with the discomfort of expansion long enough that your system updates what it considers normal.

Send the email while your chest is tight. Say the number and don’t fill the silence. Let someone else do it imperfectly. Stay in the room. Every rep is a data point your body files under we survived that. Do enough of them and the ceiling moves. Brainspotting can help accelerate the building of capacity.

Reps are simple. They’re just very hard to do alone, on a Tuesday, with no one watching.

That’s what this is for.

Group of women in room

What it is

A room you keep walking back into.

The Capacity Room is the always-on home of the Embodied Capacity Method™ — a place to keep practicing, in company, between the big pushes.

I called it a room on purpose.

This isn’t a program you complete and graduate from. It’s somewhere you return — on the weeks you’re expanding fast, and the ones where all you did was breathe through a hard email.

It isn’t a course to binge or a content firehose. It’s a rhythm: a short practice each week, a monthly rep to actually go do, one live hour with me, and a room of women who understand exactly what it costs you to send that email.

You come as you are, on the days you have. The rhythm keeps going either way.

Where You Begin

First, your name your exit.

The day you walk in, you do one thing before anything else: you name how you leave the room.

Do you fawn? Over-function? Go silent? Overachieve? Disappear into busywork? Preemptively discount?

Until you can see your own exit, you can’t catch it in the moment, and once you can name it, every rep that follows has a target.

This is the difference between “be more visible” and “I know exactly the move I make when I’m about to leave, and I’m learning to stay instead.”

What's Inside

Five things. One rhythm.

The Monthly Rep: The Heartbeat

Each month, one specific expansion rep, and one thread where members post their evidence: Here’s the boundary I held. Here’s the price I raised. Here’s what I let someone else do badly.

This is where you watch someone do the exact thing you’re avoiding, three days before you do it yourself, and where staying in the room gets witnessed instead of done in secret.

Nervous System Nuggets

A new one weekly. Five to ten minutes, one practice, no homework. The pieces people replay in the car before a hard call.

The Practice Vault

Short, self-paced modules for the six places capacity caps out: power, visibility, delegation, decisions, scaling, regulation. Start where you’re stuck.

The Capacity Circle

Live, once a month. A regulation practice to land us, a short teaching, and hot seats for whoever’s in the fire that week. Live or replay — both count.

The Room Itself

Small, tended, and free of performance. Questions get answered. New members are welcomed by name. You are not shouting into a feed. This is the one place you get to be un-capable.

What this is Not

No streak to break.

This is not therapy, and it isn’t a substitute for it. It’s practice and education, done in community.

It’s also not another thing to keep up with. Fall off for a month, come back in, pick up the current rep. That’s not failure, that’s how a nervous system practice actually works over a lifetime.

Who it's For

Competent, credentialed, and quietly capped.

Healers, coaches, practitioners, and women running their own businesses who don’t need more information, who are tired of the gap between what they know and what they let themselves have.

You do not need to have done Phase 1 of the Embodied Capacity Method to be here. If you have, this is where you keep the work alive after the container ends. If you haven’t, this is a front door in its own right, a complete practice on its own, whether or not you ever go deeper. No prerequisite, no catching up, no prior work assumed.

About Cherie

Your High Performance Coach

I help high-capacity women stop abandoning themselves at the edge of expansion.

My work sits at the intersection of nervous system regulation, leadership, visibility, and embodied capacity. I work with coaches, therapists, healers, and high performers who already know what to do, but whose bodies still interpret growth as threat.

This work is not about becoming someone else. It’s about building the capacity to stay present for the life you already know you’re meant to live.

Questions

The honest FAQ.

How much time does this take?
As little as ten minutes a week. The Nugget is short by design; the live circle is one hour a month, and it’s recorded.
Do I need to have done Embodied Capacity Method Phase 1 first?
No. There is no prerequisite. The Room is complete on its own, for someone brand new to the method and for someone who teaches it.
Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching and education. If you’re in treatment, this can sit alongside it, bring anything that surfaces to your own provider.
Do I need to know anything about Brainspotting or nervous system work?
Nothing. The practices are built for someone starting cold and still useful for someone who teaches this for a living.
What if I fall behind?
There’s nothing to fall behind on. The Vault stays available, and the current month is always the current month.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal; your access continues to the end of your current term. Payments already made aren’t refunded, and partial terms aren’t prorated. If something isn’t right, reach out first, I’d rather fix it as I want you to have an amazing experience.

Cancellation & Refunds

Simple, and fair.

The Capacity Room is a term-based membership — six months or one year. When you join, you’re committing yourself to your full term, and your payment covers that term in full.

You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Your membership stays active through the end of your current term and simply won’t renew after that. Because access is granted for the whole term up front, payments already made are non-refundable, and partial terms aren’t prorated.

If something isn’t right, reach out. I read every message, and I’d always rather talk to you than lose you over something I could fix.

One More Thing

You’ve spent years building the vision.

The next part isn’t more building. It’s becoming someone who can stand inside it without bracing — someone who can hold herself without leaving the room.

That’s not a breakthrough. It’s a practice, and it’s much easier to keep in company.

There's a room for that.
