For years, your nervous system has been making your decisions.
Which clients you say yes to. What you charge. Whether you post. Whether you rest. Whether you let yourself want the thing out loud.
None of it felt like a decision. It felt like reality — like being responsible, like the timing not being right, like simply who you are.
It wasn’t. It was a protective pattern, choosing for you, every day, for years. And it chose the safest option available every single time.
So your calendar filled the brim with everything except the thing you say you want — and every single item on it is defensible. The client who needs one more thing. The admin. The certification you’ll finish before you launch. The website you’ll fix before you tell anyone.
No one has ever criticized you for any of it. That is exactly why it works so well as a hiding place.
You have built your life around your vision.
It’s time to live inside it.
Twelve weeks. Three sessions. Three reps. A small, confidential group.
Make the room. Free the energy your blocks have been eating. Take the step — and say out loud what you’re building. We will help you get there with High Performance principles · Brainspotting · Parts Work.
You don’t have a strategy problem. You have a parts problem — and a parts problem is workable.
The Pattern Beneath It All
Three problems. One nervous system.
Most women arrive at this work believing they are carrying three separate failures:
The money story
Scarcity. Undercharging. The flinch when you say the number out loud.
Visibility avoidance
Hiding, shrinking, not posting, not speaking, not saying what you’re building.
Imposter feelings
The quiet certainty that you’re not qualified, not ready, not enough.
So, you go looking for three different fixes.
A better funnel. A new affirmation. One more certification.
They are not three problems. They are one nervous system pattern.
Scarcity, visibility avoidance, and imposter feelings are the same protective response wearing three faces. When your body reads being seen, being paid, or being powerful as unsafe, it will produce all three — to keep you small, and therefore, in its logic, safe.
And it will not announce itself as fear. It will arrive as a full calendar, a reasonable delay, and a very good excuse.
Why the Busy is So Convincing
Your calendar is a protection strategy.
The part of you that has been running it is extraordinarily good at its job.
It came online for a reason — usually a good one, usually a long time ago. It has kept you safe, respected, useful, and above criticism for years. It has never let you be caught unprepared, or seen as too much, or found wanting. And it has been spending, every single day, the precise energy your vision needs.
That energy is not gone. It is committed elsewhere.
This is the work of getting it back. Not by overriding the part, shaming it, or pushing through it — that is what the last five things asked you to do, and it is why they didn’t hold. We meet it. At the body level. And we ask it what it needs in order to stand down.
The blocks, the fears, the inner critic — they are not your enemy. They are parts, doing a job. We don’t eliminate them. We restore choice.
Who This is For
Women who are ready to choose on purpose.
There are two women in this room.
- One can describe her vision in precise detail.
And she has not put an hour into it since spring. - One cannot describe it at all.
And she has quietly concluded that this means she doesn’t have one.
They look like opposite problems. They are the same pattern.
Vagueness is protection, too.
A vision you cannot name is a vision you cannot fail at, be judged for, or be caught wanting. Clarity is not a personality trait — it takes enough safety in the body to admit out loud what you want. That is why so many extraordinarily capable women cannot answer the question.
So we start with your values. Not as a warm-up, and not as a worksheet.
Your values are the only place a vision can come from that isn’t borrowed from someone else, and naming them out loud, in your body, is the first decision you make on purpose.
The number in your bank account is not the qualifier. Many women here are climbing toward their first consistent six figures. Some do not know it is possible because they are quietly drowning in the life they built to get there.
This is for you if:
- You are highly trained, deeply capable, and busier than you have ever been, with work that isn't the work.
- Your calendar is booked back to back. You know you need a break, and you skip it anyway.
- You'll invest in everyone else, but when it's for you, your stomach drops and you wait for "a better time."
- You've been about to start posting for months, because being seen still feels like being judged.
- You say yes from pressure, guilt, or the quiet need to be seen as good, and saying no feels like bracing for someone's disappointment.
- You could describe your vision right now and haven't touched it in months. Or you couldn't describe it at all, and you've stopped asking why.
- You've done the mindset work, the affirmations, the vision boards, and something in your body still says not yet.
- You know exactly what you need to change. You just keep not doing it.
This is not for you if:
- You want tactics without addressing the pattern underneath them.
- You are in acute crisis and need clinical treatment rather than a coaching container.
- You aren't willing to be honest, with yourself and in a room with other women.
- You aren't ready to take real steps toward the life you say you want.
Inside Phase 1
Three movements. One arc.
In the order your nervous system can actually take them.
Clarity
You see the vision precisely enough to act on it — and you name the next true step. Not the vague one. The one you have been avoiding.
Energy
We process the block that has been eating the energy that step requires. This is the freed-up energy. It is not a metaphor — you will feel where it was going.
Courage
You take the step. And you say out loud, in public, what you are building — and you don’t take it back.
Clarity directs you. Energy sustains you. Courage expands you. This is how we build embodied capacity.
Every session pairs the inner work with a concrete deliverable, offers a Beginner and an Advanced Track, and ends with a Rep — one real action, taken out in the world, before we meet again.
The Sessions
What we actually do.
-
Session 01The Foundation
Values, Vision & Nervous SystemThis is where you take the pen back. We get honest about where you’re blocked, where you’re leaking energy, and where old fear has been quietly making your decisions for you — and we find the vision underneath, in your values, where it has been waiting.
- Core value clarification - the 3–5 values that become your anchor for the whole program. If your vision is vague, this is where it stops being vague. Values first, vision second. That order matters.
- Vision work: if something in you already knows the life you’re meant to live, what does it look like? Dreamed without editing.
- Values vs. intentions vs. goals — so you stop chasing milestones that were never yours.
- Your nervous system as a business tool — how regulation and dysregulation are already shaping your visibility and your decisions under pressure.
- Group Brainspot: Embodying Your Internal Anchor. Using Resource Brainspotting, we encode a core value into your body as a felt sense — a place you can return to when things get loud.
- Your baseline Capacity Markers — six observable behaviors, scored honestly, so we know exactly where you’re starting from.
- THE REP — The First True Step. You name the action you’ve been postponing. We brainspot the block beneath it and ask the part what it’s afraid of. Then you go take it, from your anchor, inside 72 hours.
You leave with: the block turned toward instead of worked around — and one real step taken toward your vision, logged, with what your body did.
-
Session 02Crafting Your Aligned Message
Persuasion & PhysiologyAuthentic persuasion begins with inner clarity. Before you can say what you’re building, it has to feel true in your body — otherwise you’re performing, and everyone can feel it.
- Know Your Avatar — uild your first one from the ground up, or pressure-test and boldly narrow the one you have.
- Craft your one-liner and your 3–5 messaging pillars — language that makes your work legible without making it generic.
- Intrinsic vs. extrinsic values: why goals running on external fuel collapse in the face of rejection or silence — the exact conditions that trigger scarcity and imposter feelings.
- Meeting the Parts: a Brainspotting and Parts Work exercise, working with activation. We invite the protective part that surfaces when you imagine living your value fully — and ask it what it fears.
- THE REP — Share the Vision. Not a content strategy. You say out loud, in public, what you are building. A private vision cannot fail — it can also stay perfect forever and cost you your whole life.
You leave with: your vision said out loud in public and left standing — and the bodily evidence that being seen did not cost you what the part said it would.

Session 03Productivity, Purpose & Commitment
An Embodied Approach to Aligned ActionInsight that never reaches your calendar isn’t change. This session makes the room — and then makes sure you actually put your vision in it.
- The Overbooking Cycle — how saying yes from pressure keeps your sympathetic nervous system switched on, and how each loop shrinks your capacity instead of growing it.
- The neuroscience of habit and flow: cue–routine–reward, chunking, and why willpower is the wrong tool for consistency. Consistency comes from design.
- The SHED Filter — Start · Hold · Entrust · Drop. Your real to-do list, honestly sorted.
- The Refill Inventory — the nine ways an unprotected hour quietly refills with hiding. Another certification. Another redesign. Someone else’s vision. Named, so you can see it coming.
- THE REP — Make the Space. Then Fill It. You actually drop one thing, this week, for real. Then you put one protected hour of vision work into the room you just made — and log what you did in it.
- Your Capacity Markers, re-scored against Week 1. Side by side.
You leave with: one thing genuinely dropped, one hour genuinely spent on your own vision — and a scored record of what changed.
How We Know It Worked
Capacity you can’t see isn’t capacity.
If “more capacity” can’t be observed in your actual week, it can’t be trusted — and it certainly can’t be sold to you. So Phase 1 measures itself.
You score six markers in Session 1. You score them again in Session 3, side by side. Not how you felt in the room. What you did in your week.
- Action
- I take the next true step toward my vision within days, not months.
- Space
- I protect time for my vision before I give the rest of it away.
- Vision Shared
- I say what I am building out loud, in public, without shrinking it.
- Energy
- When I meet a block, I turn toward it instead of overworking around it.
- Habits
- The actions that serve my vision run on design, not on willpower.
- Boundaries
- I say no without over-explaining or over-functioning to make up for it.
By the end of twelve weeks, you will have actually done this:
- Taken the step you have been postponing — the real one, the one you didn’t want to write down — and logged what your body did.
- Said out loud, in public, what you are building. And not taken it back.
- Actually dropped something. Not planned to. Done it.
- Spent a protected hour on your own vision, and known exactly what you did in it.
- Scored your own capacity against where you started — with evidence, not vibes.
Insight is not change. A rep is change.
What it Looks Like From the Outside
You are finally doing the thing.
Not transformed. Not fixed. Not a different woman in a different life. Just — doing it. Here is what that looks like on an ordinary Tuesday:
You open your calendar and there is a block on it with your own work in it — and it is not the first thing you give away when someone needs something.
You have an idea and you say it out loud, in public, the same week. Not the following spring.
Someone asks what you’re building and you give them the real answer, not the modest one.
You feel the pull toward another certification, another redesign, another round of research — and you recognise it, by name, as the thing you do instead.
The thing you have been carrying for two years is off your plate. And the sky did not fall.
And when the old block rises (because it will) you know where it lives in your body. You turn toward it, instead of working around it for another eighteen months.
The Method
Why this works when the last five things didn't.
The Embodied Capacity Method integrates three bodies of work that are almost never in the same room:
High Performance Principles
Clarity, energy, courage, productivity, purpose, commitment — the structure that turns intention into a life.
Brainspotting
Where you gaze affects how you feel. We work below the thinking brain, where the block actually lives. Not where you argue with it.
Parts Work
The part running your calendar isn’t a flaw to eliminate. It’s a protector to understand — and once understood, it stops running the business.
The Container
What You Get
Three live group sessions across twelve weeks — teaching, guided Brainspotting, and real-time coaching.
Three full ECM Phase 1 workbooks — frameworks, builders, and journal prompts, designed to be used, not shelved.
Two 1:1 90 minute sessions with Cherie to actively work on blocks or expansion.
Beginner and Advanced tracks throughout, so the work meets you where you actually are.
Three Reps — one real action per session, with an Evidence Log you fill in within the hour, while your body still remembers it.
Capacity Markers, scored in Week 1 and again in Week 12. Where a marker hasn’t moved, that isn’t failure — that’s your Phase 2 curriculum, named precisely.
A small, confidential group. Every participant signs a Confidentiality and Integrity Agreement — because you cannot do this work in a room you don’t trust.
A direct on-ramp to Phase 2 — The Capacity Lab — where the same pattern gets worked under load: your pricing, the ask, and holding the silence while someone decides.

Payment plans available. Enrollment is by application — this is a small room, and fit matters more than volume.
If your stomach dropped when you saw the investment, pause. That isn't proof this isn't for you. It may be the exact pattern we'll work with.
If You’re Still Reading
The resistance is proof.
Notice the part that is already building the case. Not this quarter. After the launch. Once things settle down.
It is a sensible case. A reasonable case. And it is the same case it made last year.
That part is the work. It is not in the way of the work.
You don’t carry defense like that over something you’ve given up on. The resistance is proof that your soul still wants this.
You already know what the step is. You have known for a while.
Or you don’t — and the not-knowing has been the safest place of all. Either way, the next decision is yours to make. Make this one on purpose.
