I’m a transformational coach, speaker, advisor, and psychotherapist with over 20 years of guiding individuals into the highest expression of who they are—personally, professionally, and spiritually. I have been married for 35 years, I have two sons. Did I mention, that I love animals?
At the heart of my work is a sacred mission: to awaken high-performing healers, leaders, and changemakers who are ready to break through old patterns, reclaim their energy, and step into embodied leadership. Through mindset coaching, trauma and performance consulting, and conscious relationship coaching, I help powerful individuals align their inner healing with outer impact.
As a Brainspotting Trainer and Consultant, I weave Brainspotting and Parts Work with a wide spectrum of leading-edge modalities. My approach blends neuroscience and consciousness, daily practices and regulation, offering clients a space to not only heal, but to rise into wholeness. We work at the level of the nervous system and the soul.
Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Peruvian and Celtic traditions, my practice honors the sacred within. I guide clients in accessing their intuitive intelligence, releasing the imprints of developmental, collective, and ancestral trauma, and reconnecting with their deepest knowing. This is where manifestation becomes magnetic, and transformation becomes inevitable.

My journey unfolds from a fulfilling career as an educator, leaving an indelible mark in the secondary education industry. Throughout my tenure, I crafted curricula tailored to the ever-evolving needs of students, specializing in Manufacturing, Customer Service, Literacy, Microsoft Word, Adobe Suite, Welding, Machining, and Secondary Education.
I am also a veteran having served in the US Coast Guard.
Armed with a B.S. in Technology Teacher Education/Industrial Arts Teacher Education from UW Stout and a Masters in Educational Technology from U.W. Oshkosh, I've seamlessly blended the realms of technology, education, and industry. My passion for empowering individuals with knowledge has fueled my trajectory, ensuring that learning extends beyond the classroom.

Josh uses his 13+ years of professional experience to record and edit educational content for the Elevated Life Academy. Josh also films promotional and instructional tools for Cherie Lindberg,LLC and works with his team to edit and produce the Elevated Life Academy Podcast. When he is not creating movies and videos, he enjoys the outdoors, travel, and raising his daughter with his loving wife.
