BRAINSPOTTING & PARTS MASTERMIND CONSULTATION GROUP

Brainspotting and Parts Work are two powerful modalities that offer unique benefits when learned in a professional group setting. Healers can experience skill enhancement and their own personal growth. In a group, healers can benefit from diverse perspectives, networking, receive feedback, and deepen their understanding of these therapeutic modalities through shared experiences and discussions. This collaborative learning environment helps healers refine their skills, expand their therapeutic toolbox, and ultimately improve their effectiveness in supporting their client's healing.

Starts in September 2024 and goes through April, 2025. It will be the 4th Tuesday of each month (unless otherwise noted) from 10:00AM-12:00 PM Central Time online through Zoom. The group will meet monthly for 8 months. Cost is 65.00 per person for a total of $455.00 (1 group is FREE). Group participants range from 12-16 people. All groups will be recorded. Please keep in mind the intention is that if you sign up you are committing to attending all 8 sessions as this is very helpful for a cohesive group experience. Prerequires: Need to have taken Brainspotting Phase 1. No parts experience required.

• Inviting Parts to Sacred Space,

• Mapping your parts, parts questionnaire

• Developing focused-mindfulness skills to identify parts, practice dyads.

November 19, 2024:

• How to connect and build relationships with aggressive parts,

• Inviting new information into the system, dialoguing with parts to hear their stories, demo

December 17, 2024 (3rd Tuesday)

• Embodiment and sensing parts,

• Cultivating self-compassion for parts, nurturing and reparenting parts, brainspotting guided visualization - group BSP.

January 14, 2025 (2nd Tuesday)

• Ideas to shift the inner landscape for parts. Give parts a tour of current reality,

• Rescuing parts when needed or desired, giving a menu of ideas the system can borrow.
