Brainspotting Trainer & Consultant,

Imagine a world where mental health issues and trauma are healed through "an art prescription." For over two decades, I have worked as a psychotherapist, artist, and educator, witnessing the transformative power of art to resolve frustration, foster solutions, and eliminate shame-based mental health challenges. My work integrates psychotherapeutic treatment, neuroscience-based art workshops, and large-scale art projects to spark meaningful conversations and inspire change. Through the BeCause Movement, I bring these efforts together, driven by a mission to reduce the impact of shame and empower individuals to overcome mental barriers, unlocking a higher quality
