Cancellation and Refund Policy

IN-PERSON or ONLINE BRAINSPOTTING TRAININGS CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that life happens - sometimes unexpectedly! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please click here to contact us.

We will provide you with a full refund if you cancel up to 14 (Business) days before the training event. (less $75 administrative fee per ticket purchased)

After that, we will provide you with full credit toward a replacement course, good for 1 year. We ask that the attendee be responsible for deciding the alternative training and date by reaching out to the trainer of the course.
