IN-PERSON or ONLINE BRAINSPOTTING TRAININGS CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please note: Due to the pandemic and COVID, trainings advertised as in-person trainings may need to go ONLINE.  We will make that decision 1 month prior to a training. Thank you for your understanding.

We understand that life happens - sometimes unexpectedly! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please click here to contact us.

We will provide you with a full refund if you cancel up to 14 days before event. (less $75 administrative fee per ticket purchased)

After that, we will provide you with a full credit toward a replacement course, good for 1 year.

ONLINE GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY:

We will provide you with a full refund if you cancel up to 14 days prior to the start of the online group. (less $20 administrative fee per ticket purchased.)

After that, we will provide you with a full credit toward a replacement online group or apply your funds to another training, good for 1 year.
