About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) committed to helping my clients heal from their adverse experiences. My work focuses on mind-body integration, focused mindfulness, targeting negative beliefs, identifying core values, cultivating self-compassion, healing relationships - with self and others, understanding why our childhood adaptations are created and how they can interfere with our relationships in adulthood. I believe in working collaboratively with clients to support them in reaching their goals. I have experience working with soldiers at the Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, IN and the Indiana Army National Guard. I have a private practice located in Columbus, Indiana. My experience and interest areas include acute and chronic PTSD (childhood relational and developmental trauma, vehicular accidents, combat trauma, sexual assault, medical trauma, religious trauma, etc.), marital/relationship therapy, and life transitions. I am a certified Brainspotting Practitioner and Consultant, a certified Imago Relationship Practitioner, trained in ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), and certified DARTT (Developmental and Relational Trauma Therapist).
