About Me

“At the center of your being You have the answer You know who you are And you know what you want” ~Rumi In my career that was spanned over 20 years in the helping profession; I am in agreement with Rumi. We have all the answers to all our questions already within us. What may be needed to get to those answers is the finding the time , secure space, and the right person to hold both. In my years of service it is an honor to witness others find their truth . Whether it is healing unresolved trauma, working on their own personal or professional growth, or finding the answers to their own existential processes. I am in awe of human spirit and resiliency. I am a licensed clinical social worker and have been practicing psychotherapy for over 15 years with the last 7 years focusing on Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing/ Somatic Archeology to list just a few modalities. I have been fortunate to be mentored by Cherie Lindberg and I am a certified Brainspotting therapist and have been a Brainspotting consultant for the last 3 years. I have dedicated myself to providing support, mentorship, consultation and supervision throughout the last 15 years with great success.
